Want to get summer ready? It’s easy!
Just follow some of my handy advice and give your body a good spring clean!
It works for me so hopefully it’ll work for you too 🙂
1, First get yourself a decent body brush and using long strokes in and towards your heart brush yourself all over. This will help boost circulation and eliminate toxins from your body.
2, Run yourself a relaxing warm (Not hot) bath and throw in some luxurious bath salts. This will help to relax all your aching joints.
3, Follow this up by using a yummy smelling scrub that contains small micro beads. It’ll get rid of all that dry skin and exfoliating is the best way to help your skin renew itself and leave it glowing.
4, Next dry yourself with a soft towel and then smother yourself in a luxurious body butter or firming cream. It’ll help lock in moisture that your body loses during day to day life. Make sure you apply any creams to your body with a firm massaging technique. This will help firm up your skin and combat any cellulite.
5, Once a week for a treat I love to use a cell renewing body mask all over my body….we all use masks on our faces from time to time so why not treat your whole body to the same thing.
